GSJ Community Development Corporation was created as a non-profit organization with the heart of the community in mind. Our mission is to bridge the gap between health and wellness disparities and long-term sufficiency and positive health outcomes. The implementation of the corporation is to provide support and guidance through transitional housing for men. It is also our mission to provide employment for members as well as the community we serve. The corporation will provide support and act as an extension of health awareness for those who suffer from Substance Abuse along with Mental Health Issues. By providing this Transitional Care Model we will be able to partner with our key stakeholders in the community as well as the County.

Providing care outside the walls is paramount when aspiring to meet the needs of the community.
